Hi, You don't need to worry about your T3 levels. That is not responsible for your symptoms. You can have mild fluctuations with your T3 normally or even if you are recovering from a mild illness Do check your sugars. You can have vertigo like symptoms with low or high sugars too. Lastly, it can be related to small changes within your ear also. Consult if required at any point! Thank you
