Hi, I'm having facing trouble of dizziness for the past 6 months. Initially, it was twice a day. Now it is slightly elevated. In normal times, I feel uncomfortable to focus on movements like a slow moving train or focus on a passenger in bus, feeling imbalance while looking down from upstairs etc., I feel this occur when I did not get my 8 hours sleep or when I skip my meal. I'm having Vertin 8mg morning/evening for this suggested by a Dr. Please suggest if this can be cureable.

There are many causes for episodic Vertigo and imbalance such as Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, vestibular migraine and chronic subjective dizziness. Detailed clinical examination is necessary to confirm the diagnosis. You need to undergo detailed vertigo evaluation and Neurological examination to identify cause for your problem
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required. Meanwhile you should stop taking anti vertigo medications such as vertin for long term as it can reduce chances of recovery
