Sir am suffering from dizziness since 4years sir I was taken MRI but reports are normal but problem are not cure .Sir.am having imbalance I can not sitting is not stable and walking and seeing

Do you have Tinnitus. There seems to be a problem in your internal ear. You should consult an ENT specialist who is the correct specialist to be contacted
