Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo may go away on its own within a few weeks or months. But, to help relieve BPPV sooner, your doctor, audiologist or physical therapist may treat you with a series of movements known as the canalith repositioning procedure....regards.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Benign paroxysmal positionsl vertigo also known as BPPV usually gets resolved on its own and may take upto a month to get resolved. You may need to continue your medications for a few more days. Or you can consult your ENT SPECIALIST for a series of exercises. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
