There are various modalities for treatment of varicose vein. They depend upon severity of disease and vessels involved.
If its early, you can go for conservative medical management and life style changes
For surgery, proper work up and doppler scan is required then you can go for RFA, laser ablalation or usg guided sclerotherapy, all of which are more or less equal depending upon your surgeon and availability at particular centre.
