Vericose vein urgent attention
Please guide. My mom is a patient of vericose vein for the past 25 years. Started after her pregnancy. Recently one of her vein got clotted and burst out as you can see in the attached pictures. It has been been 12 days since this. Consulted a general physician locally and he advised to apply fusiwal cream and do dressing and have antibiotics of 500mg per day 2 tabs for 5 days. But even now the wound is not healed. Could you please help and suggest what should we do next as the doctor advised to take antibiotic for more 5 days. Also there is pain during night and she keeps standing max of the time. What precautions to be taken
