Hello doctor sir,
I was diagnosed with bilateral varicocele 5 yrs back. At that time so much pain was there in my scrotum then I started to wear athletic supporter and pain was gone after few months. Now i can do all activity without any problem but I just want to know should I go for surgery before my marriage and is there any possibility that I will create problem in fertility of my wife. Also is it harmful to masturbate daily in this condition. Thanks.

Varicocele does not effect ur sexual performance. Its depends upon the grade of varicocele, as for as achieving pregnancy is concerned. Seman analysis should not be done before marriage. It's keep on changing every 3 months. If other doubts, consult ur local surgeon or urologist.
