Hi sir my left testicle seems bigger than right from my child hood but there is no pain other symptoms .now I have heavy pain its starts from under stomach goesinto left testicle .so I consult doctor he done scan & sperm test results vericocele 2 grade,scount 55,activemobility5%.he suggest me goto operation is correct

Hello, A vein abnormality in the scrotum may result in a varicocele.A varicocele is an enlargement of the veins within the scrotum.
A varicocelectomy is a one day surgery that’s done in a hospital. A urologist will go in through your abdomen and clamp the abnormal veins. Infertility is most common complication of varicocele ,so get it operated .
