I have vericocele from 7 8 years grade 1 my semen analysis show 60 million count but motility is only 25% i married recently what will i do i am in big worry plz doctors can it improve without surgery ???

Improvement in quality of sperms happen after surgery that's true. But u must try for pregnancy first. IF its not happening after persistent efforts Then We prefer to do surgery. Be in touch with urologist
