Is there any better treatment of temperature chnges in legs n feet mainly cold legs ... I m using compressed stockings but want better solution

Please consult with proper history. Cold feet can occur due to a number of causes. Also, compression stockings are used in varicose veins and other PVDs as well so, it isn't really clear what to advice.
