Got your concern...it's ok to have these symptoms initially for a week to 10 days with newer antidepressants esp SSRIs n SNRIs.. continue with medication it vl go spontaneously as tolerance develops for the side effects

Hi stomach upset is a common side effect of venlafaxine. Please take it after food. If still you experience stomach upset please consult your Psychiatrist.
You can take pantoprazole for short term.
