Vdrl weakly reactive

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I am a sexually active person but I have had sex with only one partner and it has been years. Two months back I had tested for VDRl and ut was negative but two days back I tested again and it shows weakly reactive..what does it indicates as I have no symptoms andnir my partner.
