Asked for Female, 27 Years

I'm married and done with d&c on july22 after that I had white discharge. I went to gyn she took vdrl blood test n it was weakly reactive. I dnt hav any symptoms. My hubby and I dnt have multiple sex partners. We are true to each other.So I took tpha blood test to confirm and the result was non reactive. What does the result mean. Pls explain
