Hello there, you are too anxious about yourself, be calm you will be fine. Hot breaths are normal but if you are having fever then you will feel more hotness of breath and body burning inside and burning eyes, headache. About belly, it can be swollen due to fat, while talking about your shoulder blades, the pain can be due to lifting of heavy weight, are you going to gym..? Adam's apple pain can be due to some throat infection it's nothing to worry about. Constipation can be due to lack of water, drink 4-5 lit of water in summer. Sweat generally causes itching in genitals, if you are having Infection then it will be fine with Medication. Lastly about your testicles, as your body is warmer than usual, testes are 1°c cooler than your body temperature, so they naturally move away from the body that's a natural phenomenon. So don't be anxious you will be totally fine with Medication, don't think much, do consult online and get Medication.
