Hello doctor, I am presently self employed. My problem is that my left testis is expanded for about two months. So, few days i have done physical test and found that when i press the testis its nerves are expanded and half testis is bulging like. So, i searched in net and found it is sympton of varicocele at stage 1. As i am not feeling any pain. And i am facing erectile dysfunction and getting weak erections in early morning. And i didnt had sex for past 2 years as i my wife went away due sex problem and martial problems. I used to do sex daily once and ejaculated within a minute due to which my relationship got breakdown and staying apart but not divorced. Finally what kind of treatment shall i take for varicocele and erectile dysfunction. Can no sex for more than 2 yrs cause erectile dysfunction. Pls help me i m dying from inside daily.
