Varicose veins over left ankle joint
Gradually developing and increasing in size and prominence over medial aspect of left sided ankle joint from past 2 months. Initially the prominence reduced upon lying down but currently new prominent veins emerged adjacent to previous vein.

Doppler left leg, use stockings always except at night preferably and two pillows below leg while sleeping (toe should be lie above the plane of body lying)
