Hello Doctor, i am suffering varicose vain in both leg from last 3 /4 years, there is no any pain accrue in this period, but last Cuple of days little bit pain & swilling observed so please guide / treatment for me

Examination will be very important in your case. Colour doppler and follow up with doctor is important along with vascular surgeon review.
