Varicocele ,right testicle size
I have varicocele since 2021 but in the recent few weeks my right testicle enlarged and it pains while sitting or even doing some task which requires movement . I consulted to urologist as well regarding it they said it is because of varicocele .Right now it almost a month passed and the right testicle size is still big don't know whether it is swelling of varicocele or something else also all the blood reports came normal .Need advice please suggest . Attaching ultrasound report of a month ago please check it and tell .

The USG scrotum report is suggesting a lesion in your right testis, that needs to be evaluated as there is very high suspicion of malignancy.
Next Steps
get blood test like alphafetoprotien, beta HCG, serum ldh, serum alkaline phosphatase.
