Iam suffering from bilateral grade 1varicocele.my left testicle lying down and causing pain.in this situation masterbation or ejaculation is good or bad for me

Hi,
First we need to rule out other causes for the pain in the left side of the scrotum, such as mild injury and inflammation, infection etc. Gr I Varicocele is less likely to cause pain. Pl see a physician an if the pain should be relieved through appropriate medicines.
