Varicocele
I went for operation in 2013 in Mumbai for bilateral varicocele, in 2017 when I went for ultrasound and Semen analysis report thn at that time motility was 70% and non motile 30% so now that motility is reduced from 70 % to 20%
And ultrasound shows grade3 varicocele more on left. What are the other alternatives apart from surgery which can permanently cured this problem. .

Chances of recurrence is always thre but u underwent microsurgical operation for varicocele then chances of recurrence is very less.
U can also underwent laproscopic surgery for same
