Varicocele
I have observed a slight swelling in the scrotum..but there is no pain. But i want to identify the problem. And take safety precautions.

Yes, you may have varicocele. Please get an ultrasound of scrotum from any reputed Diagnostic centre near by and consult a urologist.

Get yourself examined physically whether perceived swelling for its location and importance and get scrotal doppler done if advised by examining doctor. Painless slight swelling of testes may be due to hydrocele/ hernia or due to varicocele.
