Swelling In Scrotum

Swelling in Scrotum

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Few days ago, I ran up and down on the staircase for 4-5 times continously, when I stopped and lay down on bed due to tiredness I felt little pain in my abdomen. I considered it normal, but on next day I observed swelling in my scrotum. First I thought my testicle swell up but on examining properly, I found that testicles were normal but there is a swelling in scrotum. What problem it can be and what could be cure for this problem, please guide me.
