Vaginismus
I am a 21 year old woman. I wish to have sex with my partner and we have done everything else apart from penetration.
I am not aversive to it. I really want to have sex.
But I have had a fear. I do get flashes of something wrong happening to my vagina. Especially after hearing about some brutal rape cases.
I can't seem to get this fear out of my head.
Me and my partner have tried to have sex. But inspite of trying really hard, we haven't been able to penetrate in.
I feel very angry. I want to have sex but this fear or generally something is holding me back. I have read that this can be vaginismus.
Please help me out. How do I cure this?
