Want to ask for a specific treatment.

For a really long time I've wanted to ask a psychiatrist fora specific treatment called ketamine therapy ive been taking escitalopram clonazepam olanzapine and other ssri antidepressant since 2-3 years i left it for a while earlier and then continued, these medicines take so much time to work with no assurance to fix me properly almost like gambling that will it comeback or not if i stopped the medicines after completion or do i have to sustain these everlasting side effects and continue talking these medicines or deal with withdrawal and what not, i read alot about ketamine therapy on internet, i am very well aware that im not a doctor at all or study medicine im just a biology student in college,but i really have this gut feeling that ketamine can help me,i just afraid to ask that doctor might think this is a drug seeking behaviour by me or I'm trying to tell him to do his job or being oversmart or asking too much.i just want to be normal man!
