Vaginal swab report
Hi doctors i was having vaginal itching so doctor asked me to take 1 fluka150 tablet on Saturday and she took vaginal swab on Monday whole taking swab she said there is infection But swab report says :few epithelial cells , gram positive bacilli resembling lacto bacilli no clue cells seen Growth : no vaginal pathogen isolated Does that mean I don't have infection ? Why did doctor feel like i have infection I don't have discharge or itching either My hba1c is also 5.3 so no diabetic Attaching report for reference
