  4. Vaginal itching. Possibly go wrong?

I have been experiencing a sudden yellowish watery discharge since 2 days on my underpants, also the opening of my vagina has this bumpy feeling which is painful to touch, till 2 days back, it was completely smooth and fine. Please suggest what could possibly go wrong ?
