Itching can be because of hormonal Imbalance or change in pH or commonly fungal infection due to excessive sweating. Keep hygiene. Use v wash or lactacyd for local wash. Consult ayurvedic gynecologist for ayurvedic medicines with local irrigation treatments which will reduce itching and prevent in future.
Next Steps
Your partner will also need to be treated if you are sexually active.

Vaginal pH changes during periods and makes us prone to infection. Wear cotton undergarments. Avoid tight lowers. Wash vulva with plain water while bathing. If your symptoms persist, see a gynecologist
