Vaginal itchiness and inflammation

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I am pcos patient. Last month I got Uti so badly just before my period. Even though I keep myself clean. Then I took niftran. And i got recovered. But again this month just before my period i am feeling vaginal itchiness and vaginal inflammation. I am married and also planning for baby. Please suggest me what's wrong with me
