Vaginal infection

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have some sort of vaginal yeast infection. It's coming from inside the vagina. There's a white discharge and irritation, bleeding, itching and bidding sensation. My last sexual encounter was a week ago and I has my periods 5 days back. This infection started immediately after my periods stopped. Are there any home remedies I can try. What to do please help.
