Vaginal Infection
A white paste like collection in the vaginal lips, itchy and makes the area dry. Sometimes there is white wet discharge. Does smell odd. Also, have itching in pubic hair, shaved and saw white dandruff like settlement. Any ott medicine?

you do not sayif you are sexually active and for how long the infection has been there or how it started.
All vaginal infections are not the same so you need to see a gynaecologist or if you suspect it to be sexually transmitted a specialist in skin and DVD. Once the diagnosis is made you can be treated correctly. If it is an STD your partner will also need treating and you should abstain from sex till you are better.
