Is it ok to wash the female intimate area(vulva and vaginal area) with soap?Is soap harmful there?Or just water is enough for cleaning down there?

No soap or cosmetic materials should be used in vagina, because they can cause irritation and even infection. Cleaning with water is enoug.
If you feel need of cleaning, do not use ordinary soaps as these will kill the good bacteria living in the vagina. Use medicated (lactic acid containing) soaps.
