Vaginal dryness
I am not able to use tampon without applicator as it hurts a lot while pushing it inside. And I can feel the tampon while its inside.
And does tampon increases the size of the vaginal entrance

Better use sanitary pad ,, for Indian condition ( tropical. Climate ). Pads are more useful
