Vaginal Bleeding - I've Started Having Vaginal Bleeding Today

I've started having vaginal bleeding today but I cant be a period as I'm on a pill where I don't have periods , I stopped breastfeeding a couple of days ago could that be the reason or am I pregnant or is it something else
