My son will be 1 year old on 23 may. He was prematurely born at 7 month on 23 may 2020. His typhoid vaccine Was scheduled on 10 may 2021. I want don't want to go outside due to pandemic. How much time I can delay vaccination?

Hi!!!1 or 2 months of delay in vaccination is accepted considering the current pandemic...get the vaccination done once the pandemic settled a bit in ur place

You can delay till his birthday, then you can take both the vaccine together Typhoid and Hepatitis A, that way your number of visits to hospital and exposure also reduce.

Hello good evening as ur baby born prematurely means it need extra care and precautions . Vaccine are like protective shield . So timely vaccination always help ur baby to keep safe and protected from 14 childhood deadly diseases . Delaying vaccination is like making your child vulnerable to infections . So complete vaccination on time . However as due to covid pandemic it’s very natural to get scared but that you can relieve taking precautions enquire at your vaccination centre about appointment and ask about less crowded time and follow safe SMS ( sanitisation , mask and social distancing )this way you can immunise ur baby on time and also get protected from covid infection
