The gap between the vaccinations should be atleast 4 weeks... As you have finished the primary vaccinations nothing urgent is there for the 6th month vaccines... get it done after 1 month. PCV also should be taken.
As per your shared vaccination schedule
1. Baby has received Hepatitis B at Bith & 1 month, so next dose can be given at 6 month of age.
2. OPV if missed can be given as per national schedule - at least 5 doses needed by 5 years of age....so you can give him OPV dose at 6 month or week earlier.
3. Also You child is not vaccinated for Pneumonia Conjucate Vaccine PCV...... Get him vaccinated at least 2 doses before 8 month & then booster at 15 month.
Next Steps
Flu vaccine can be started from 6 month onwards - 2 doses at gap of 4 weeks
