Hello.. I recently did master health checkup for my mom (age 65) and the reports says she is diabetic (135 mg/dl). She drinks alcohol and chew tobacco daily. Is there any precautions that needs to be taken before getting covid vaccination? Thanks.

No you can go ahead with vaccination, Also 135 if random it is normal If 2 hours after food also normal If empty stomach a bit slightly high not considered under diabetes just need physical exercise regularly and diet control She is not diabetic
