Vaccination
My sister had missed her second typhoid booster which was scheduled at the age of 12. She's 13 now, can the vaccination be administered now?

Yes she can be given now. Pl see last typhoid vaccine type given . If it was TCV , then there is no need to repeat as effect is life long. If it was polysaccharide then repeat it now with TCV so that further booster not required.
