Vaccination for Covid19

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My wife is pregnant and i need to know if she can take covid 19 vaccination? Will it be safer for her? She is in her 1st timester now. I am literally confused as some say it would be good to have her vaccinated and some say to wait for medical evidences. Also, we are planning to travel to our work city in her 2nd trimester. Please help me with your advices. Thanks
