1 dose of vaccination (penta hib ..) given on 2 April after that pcv 1 dose given on 16 April after that 2 dose of vaccination give on 4 may
Means gap between injection are 15 days
Is this ok?
Does it will affect on baby health?
Now baby is 3 month.
She is playing daily and feeding also well.
But I can see her healthyness decrease
Is it normal?

Ideally you need to maintain a gap of 4 weeks in two dosage of same vaccine, that is what has happened in your case, so nothing to worry. Reason for health is now day by day your baby is getting more and more active and decrease in sleep time.

Pls maintain 4 weeks gap between 2 doses of vaccination.Make sure that you maintain 4 weeks gap between next dose of penta,hib and similarly for pneumococcal vaccine.
It won't affect babies health..But make sure for the 3rs dose give after 4 weeks of 2nd dose
