Uvula touching the base of the tongue is a very normal condition. If you have any problem of snoring/ sleep apnea, you can get a sleep study done from nearby sleep centre. If there shows any abnormality, you can consult a sleep surgeon/ maxillofacial/ENT surgeon to help you with the treatment.
