Your reports show urine tests , there is no evidence of glucose in urine. Family history of diabetes and having diabetes in pregnancy increases rise of developing diabetes in future To decide whether you require medicines for diabetes, first we have to confirm that your have diabetes; therefore would recommend testing for diabetes with HbA1C, fasting and post meal glucose in the lab to make diagnosis of diabetes.
