UTI, kidney infection. Does it take.

One month ago Ultrasoud and Urine tests diagnosed severe UTI (from bladder to urethra), After 10 days of antibiotics prescribed by Physian, CT- KUB had done that diagnosed rt kidneyp Pyelonephritis, retintion of 40~60 cc urine in bladder even after urination and suspected of having duplicate rt urethra.. Still continues with there medications for more 7 days.. Afert it i consult Urologist and after 10 days of his medication Usg- KUB was done and diagnosed with Hydouretronephrosis and post urination volume 140.cc. Now a days.. there is no fever and vomiting but there is continuous pain in lower back and sometimes on rt side of abdomen and in bladder area with heaviness in whole abdomen. Now pain in joints started especially more in knees and feet that makes difficulty in sitting and walking. Please suggest that what should i do.. i m now worried about my kidney.. Do i need i.v. to cure it fast or it will get cure with oral medications.. if yes then approx how much time does it take.
