UTI Infection
Taking attached medication for UTI treatment from Apollo Hospital and now shifted to home but following the same procedure with attendant care. Today is 4th day of antibiotics treatment and as per yesterday blood test WBC count came in from 20 to 13.4 also feeling better with no pain while doing  urination. Please suggest for how many days antibiotics medication to be continued.

Looks like you are suffering from complicated urinary tract infection with resistant organism like ecoli or klebsiella ESBL variant It requires injectable antibiotics for 2-3 week Before completion of antibiotic course PLEASE repeat culture reports
