UTI in baby

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Baby was identified with enterococcus faecail in urine...then antibiotics was given..that time again we repeat culture after 9 days this bacteria was not there ..there is another new bacteria called klebesiella spp...now he is on antibiotics cifixime...does he cure completely??? We are doing USG...CBC...all are normal...does he completely cure after taking cifixime...
