UTI in baby
We did a urine test for our 4 month old baby, urine culture test and stool test based on doctor advise. Attached the report below. Baby was having paused urination. Seen blood strain in stool. No fever at all. Taking feed properly atleast. Doctor has given taxim o forte dry syrup. Is this a rare bacteria, i did not see any information on this

Yes it's rare bacteria only The bacteria is sensitive to antibiotic so you can use the medicine for 10 days

Yes, its a rare bacteria , generally causing infection in immunocompromised conditions, workup for the same should be done. Since its sensitive to the antibiotic prescribed by your doctor, the baby should start showing improvement in 48 hrs.. if not may need admission/ visit to the doctor.
