UTI, Fever, Vomitting, Nausea
For past 5 days patient was facing Urinary Tract Infection. From yesterday she is on medicines: Nitrofurantoin 100 mg, Lasix, Cyvlopex, Diasodium Hydrogen Citrate. She has mild fever, difficulty in swallowing food and vomitting. There's improvement in UTI inflammation but she's facing vomitting & difficulty in swallowing. We took consultation from nearest Ayurvedic physician(due to lock down situation) & all medicines are prescribed by him. Are we on right track or should take second consultation?

Dear patient I think you should stop nitrofurantoin, instead start Tab levoflox 500 mg HS x 5 days Stop Lasix - no role at all I donot know what cyvlopex is?? Get urine culture and ultrasound abdomen with PVRU You should take a proper consultation and stop going to under qualified physicians and regret later Regards
