From last 3nights he says it burns and itches while urinating...I suppose it's UTI...cnt take him to the doctor either because it's lockdown here so kindly help me by prescripting medicine for this condition...he has no fever or abdomenal pain...it just burns and itches

. You can do certain things yourself . Give him lot of water or other fluids . Give him Lemon water to keep his urine acidic so that bacteria will not grow . You can also give Uriliser during the day time for him to pass more urine . Look yours is a male child ,UTI in male children must be treated aggressively .
