UTI and it's treatment
Hello Doc, I have got UTI from 2days. From day 3 in on antibiotic as during the weekend I couldn't get any doc or urologist. Also since I felt severe painful urination and bladder pressure, we went at midnight for checkup , so they checked for kidney stones as well which came normal. I have got Cystitis in my scan report, hence my doc prescribed my antibiotic for 5days. My question is can this same case be treated with homeo medicine as I normally go for homeo treatment for all other illness like cold, throat infection and others. Urologist told if I don't take antibiotics for Bladder infection, it would affect kidney it seems. The bacteria would travel along to kidneys and cause severe illness. One of my aunt had the same situation and they operated her kidneys to remove the pus. Could anyone please help me with this. Since it was midnight and weekend i couldn't go to homeo as my pain was severe. Thanks in advance!
