Uterus swelling
Hi doctor
My aunt have severe stomach pain from the last 10/12 days. She is 46 years old, and is undergoing periods. Yesterday we met a doctor and they did some tests. In reports it is showing that bulky uterus us measuring 9.0*5.3*6.1cm.ET = 15 mm and bulky endometrail cavity with small cyst is seen in endometrail cavity. Please tell me what is that and what is treatment for this. Did she have cancer?

She may need an endometrial curettage depending on the day of ultrasound with respect to her menstrual cycle... Please consult for further advise.
