Uterus size and vaginal discharge. Me!

I have spotting even after 3 months of c sec I did u different types of discharges each day and abdominal pain tried all tablets but nothing worked I took abdominal scanning they said eveythng normal but before one month I checked uterus size 10.5 * 3.5*4.5 Endometrium thickness 6.8 yesterday I checked it was 6*3.12* 6 and endometrium thickness 4.5 what's wrong with me bladder also normal why uterus dimensions changed when my bleeding and discharge stops it's white somtimes watery somtimes and somtim bleeding light pink sticky discharge and getting daily pain aRound my navel I got tubal ligation also along with c sec and am feeling heavy in right side of abdomen when I do urine and motion something like stopping weight like feeling am dePreSsed and feeling like to die . With all this vAriety symtoms don't know wHat happen to me
